To scan your inbox and generate a violation report
To send you launch notifications and service updates (only if you opted in)

To improve and maintain the Service

3. Email Scanning — Read-Only, Never Stored

Your email content is accessed solely to identify debt collection communications that may violate the FDCPA. Emails are analyzed in real time and immediately discarded. We do not store, index, or retain the content of your emails on our infrastructure. Access is strictly read-only; we never send, delete, or modify emails in your account.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Inbox Dividends:

Resend — transactional email delivery service.
Nylas — OAuth email integration provider for read-only inbox access.

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Email content scanned during the service is never retained. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
